The team here was excellent. We spoke with Tyler Harris on the phone to confirm availability. When we got to the dealership he was helping other customers so Joe Nguyen jumped right in. He took us on two test drives and then got the paperwork started. Tyler was done with his customers and then took over and got us out the door with our new Ford Mustang Mach E. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire process.

My salesperson, Tyler Harris was efficient, professional and personable (also super cute!). I was in and out with my new 2013 Ford F-250 in around 30 minutes.

Billy Howell is a diamond in the rough, when it comes to old fashion service and support, with automobile dealerships. Throughout the process, Daniel, Gary, Ryan, and Dudley, provided hands on assistance during the entire experience. When you purchase your first truck with a dealership, it's because of the vehicle, but when you purchase the second one, it's because of the service and support you received up to that point. The Service department at Billy Howell is exceptional. Glenn Spayde, the Service manager, bent over backwards to help me out, when I recently needed to go in for various service needs when I had my King Ranch. I was very impressed, it's not often that you see the Service manager jump in, and really get involved with the customers needs. Just another reason why I'm with Billy Howell Ford, and not someone else! Oh by the way, I just bought my second truck with them as well. Thank you Billy Howell team, all-around!
