Dr. Jeevana K. Krishna, MD

Dr. Krishna has been my primary care physician for about nine years now. I have had both 'real' and 'virtual' visits with her. She has been an angel in my life. While I went through a whole cancer ordeal, she stood by me, literally 24/7, answering questions, consulting with specialists on my behalf, writing prescriptions in the middle of the night and researching issues which were beyond her domain of expertise, and above all, providing comfort in my time of need. Blessed to have her in my life. Wish there were more physicians like her ... this world would be a much better place.

My name is Angie Peters and I wanted to comment on my wonderful experience with Dr J Krishna at Cumming Family Medicine. My family and I have been with Dr. Krishna for 20+ years. Her appointments are quick and clean on normal day to day medical needs. If you go in with for an unusual concern she will assess whether a referral is needed. On one emergency, I went to her first before heading to the ER. She immediately treated my symptoms(to make me more comfortable) and was on the phone with a “specialist” colleague to obtain a same day appointment. That has happened three times over the many years. I don’t normally have a long wait to be seen but there has been the occasion. When I have a major concern the office will work me in the schedule to address concerns and be referred. The times I’ve had to wait is due to other patients with urgent needs. I’ve been in that place and appreciate the fact that I can be worked into the schedule to address concerns and be referred.
