His commitment to excellence showed in what he did. He planed ahead to deal with difficulties and handled them quickly.

Alex was absolutely amazing! As a retired member of the Air Force I feel like my expectations are very high of individuals I hire and Alex exceeded every single one of them! Not only did he make it to my house on the same days notice he made a point to come after his normal work day when he could have gone home just to ensure my wife and daughter had working toilets to use. He was the fourth plumber to be hired to fix the same problem and had it fixed in less than a half hour. If you are looking for a great master plumber, this is your guy!

Alex has done two repair projects on my home. First, he replaced my hot water heater and second, he moved a gas line in my kitchen for the installation of a new range. In both cases, Alex was responsive and prompt. He exceeded my timing expectations as he fit me into his schedule the same day I requested service, even though it meant doing a little work after hours. He clearly explained what he was doing and why he was doing it in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend him for his services.

Alex did a great job! We had to replace a water pressure regulator and a few other odd jobs. He gave us a fair price and made the repair as scheduled. He responds quickly to phone calls and texts. We will definitely be calling him again for future plumbing needs.
