He was kind and told me everything I could do to prevent any future bugs and gave us a 90 day guarantee. I will continue to use Love Bugs and have recommended this company to my whole neighborhood! Scott even offered to change a light bulb for me, when he noticed it was out in the attic. Everything was 5 stars! Fair price, nice human, great service and above & beyond :)
