  Love the store and the owner. Joshua designed my ring about 8 years ago and it was so gorgeous. All the engraving was stunning. I recently took the ring for resize and again he did an amazing job. Cannot even tell my ring went up in one size.
  I bought an amazing pair of earring from his store today and he never disappointed me. It was absolutely beautiful.

  Gems in Art is literally a hidden gem nestled in the quaint Vickery Village Shopping Center. If you are looking for fine jewelry with a personal touch, you should visit the Gems in Art Studio. I worked with the owner, Joshua Avella, to design a unique engagement ring and band for my recent wedding. Joshua was creative with my budget and was able to incorporate some of the diamonds from my grandmother's jewelry into the design. Joshua is a master of his craft and a true artist, and the engagement ring he created for me was beyond my expectations! I get so many compliments on the ring, and it's extra special because I wear a memory of my grandmother every day. Thank you!

  The owner and artist, Joshua did amazing work on my custom engagement ring! All the work was done by hand, no lasers or molds. He was receptive to my ideas and we worked back and forth to get exactly what I wanted. I trust whole heartedly that his gems are legitimate and priced fairly. I never had to worry about quality or feeling I paid over market value. I would recommend him to anyone looking for one-of-a-kind art and his professionalism was greatly appreciated!

  I could not be more pleased with the work Joshua did on my engagement ring. I almost cried when he gave it back to me - it looked more beautiful than ever. I had lost a small pave diamond on my ring and had heard Joshua was the best there was at this type of repair. Everyone was right. Joshua is a true artist who is passionate about his work. You can tell that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His attention to detail saved me from losing my center diamond in my ring, as well as many others. I will NEVER take my jewelry anywhere else.
