  I visited Brandon Lim-State Farm Insurance Agent today to follow up with milege issue. I talked Jason and Mrs. Lim few minutes. They showed me how to save my premium and defensive drive. Their serivce was above and beyond, friendly attitude and knowledgeable. It is so good to have an excellent agent around me.

  Worked closely with Henry Ha on Brandon's team and could not be happier with the service and result. Incredibly responsive and diligent in his follow up. The transparency and customer service are most important. If I'm going to be paying anyway, I want to know I'll be able to actually get ahold of people when I need them and be in good hands. Thanks Henry and Brandon!

  The guy I worked with listened to all of my specific needs in regards to car insurance. He helped provide a quote that saved me money and I’m so glad I switched over! This agency really looks out for its customers and gives amazing customer service. It was a stress free experience, I didn’t have an issue with a single worker. The representative, Andy Lee got me a great deal! Most likely will refer a friend soon.

  I was looking for a cheaper auto insurance for the upcoming term. The representative Jason Lee was very cooperative, informative, and proactive in finding the best quote for my circumstance. He even found about wrong motor vehicle accident information that was on my record and promptly fixed the issue. The entire process was seamless. I would strongly recommend this branch for high professionalism and competency.
