(November 18, 2020, 8:37 am)The Birmingham Crossroads Branch is a GREAT bank. The staff is VERY VERY helpful, cordial and friendly. The small branch gives a customer a feeling of belonging. The Birmingham Community is fortunate to have them!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This branch is awesome. The employees are always kind and welcoming.
