I needed a change!!! I always said "it's not for me. I'm not flexible, not thin enough" I had lots of excuses. Than I met Liat. Since then I'm in love!!! I am the Chang that I needed! Liat didn't teach me only yoga, she taught me life! I'm getting the Chang I needed and I'm enjoying every second of it. I AM flexible, I CAN do it and I love it!!! Liat is very knowledgeable, professional and warm.

She is attentive to each and every participant's needs and wishes. She also, incorporates exercises for the Body, Mind and Soul in a very gentle and natural way. Lastly, Liat's classes are very interesting and relaxing.
