I have been suffering with swollen and painful calves and
ankles due to varicose veins for years. Dr. Chapman took the time to
explain what was causing the ugly bubbly veins as well as
the swelling and pain in my legs and feet. She was also
very clear as to what I could expect of the treatment
itself and what to expect afterwards. So on the day of my appointment
I showed up about 20 mins early. I was seen almost immediately and they were ready for my appointment. So when they say you can do a treatment
during lunch time, they are not kidding. Dr. Chapman explained
what she was seeing on my ultra sound and told me step by
step what she advised I do. The treatment was painless. She
does a great job ensuring you are numb, you really don't
even feel "the little stick" that she gives you with advanced warning.
The procedure is very fast and you're comfortable the entire
time. There is some light bruising afterward, but so worth it. The
swelling and discomfort I felt for the last few years dissipated almost immediately. I only wish I did this years ago! The bulging veins went away very quickly. I'm back to my old self again. I'm enjoying walking, my shoes feel better and GOD what a huge difference in my legs. No more swollen tight calves and I can sleep at night. Thank you Dr. Chapman and your wonderful staff for everything.
