  It is such a relief to have Rosie as my agent. She is knowledgeable, patient, caring and goes above and beyond to help me. Now that all transactions seem to have moved online, customer service seems to be obsolete, but this is not the case at Berger and O'Neal. It is incredibly reassuring to be able to reach MY agent by phone or email. Thank you for doing it right!

  I've been with Berger and O'Neal for over 15 years. Rosie is my "new" service person/account manager for about a year now, and has continued the tradition of excellent customer service. She is always available to answer questions, make recommendations, and help. Always friendly and very knowledgeable.

  I knew I was paying too much for insurance so a family member recommended I contact Berger and O'Neal. I am so happy I did. Amanda helped me get a great quote that is saving me a lot of money. She was also very communicative and kept me updated throughout the process. I will recommend her and Berger to anyone who is looking for a better price on insurance!

  I first used an independent insurance agency a couple decades ago when I returned from overseas and needed to buy a vehicle and get insurance immediately (in order to not let insurance lapse). I was in a small town and had little choices available. I then transferred this policy to Atlanta when I settled here permanently and have stayed with independent agencies ever since. I found out that the main thing you need to look at is the AM Best rating and, as long as it is high, you can basically trust the insurance company. However, the companies represented by independent agencies have policies that are significantly lower in price for the same coverage than the well known companies who advertise a lot. I have, consequently, stayed with an independent agency for both auto and home for 26 years now. I have filed only one claim which was handled expertly and quickly (a roof replacement). Every few years, I reprice my policies with nationally known firms and, to date, they have always been significantly higher in price for both auto and home. It goes without saying that Berger and O’Neal has quality people who are professional, efficient, and accommodating (because I would not consider using any company that did not). I would highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

  Responsiveness to questions is always fast. Very good follow through. Janelle has been great to deal with from the beginning and she is the major reason why we went with Berger & O’Neal insurance group. We received a very thorough analysis with recommendation of the best insurance for our needs and it saved us money while providing much better targeted coverage. I am so glad our financial advisor recommended that we get an analysis of our insurance coverage. We have been very happy with the ongoing service provided.
