(April 16, 2020, 10:58 pm)Super nice group! Marvin was working the customer service desk and he was very welcoming and friendly which is nice during this pandemic! There was a little confusion at first because I ordered the battery online (trying to be proactive), but the order was canceled. They were super nice and helpful and price matched my online battery and I got my car back the same day! They were busy but friendly! Thanks ladies and gents for your help!

I’m very impressed with the consultation to which i was provided the best lucrative option from a customer standpoint with setting aside the revenue and profits goals or initiatives. I’my compelled to say i have experienced the best customer service yet. I would highly recommend this place without a shadow of doubt.

(February 10, 2020, 9:45 am)I had an excellent experience working with Service Manager Marvin and Technician Chris. I called the day before to confirm a 10:00 am appointment for an Alignment and an Oil Change. I confirmed the pricing over the phone. I went in the next day to be greeted by Marvin at the counter. I confirmed the price once again, and dropped the car off. Marvin said it would be ready by 2:00 pm. I get a call at 12:18 pm telling me my vehicle is ready for pickup. I go in and pick it up. The technician Chris, was descriptive in explaining issues that I may see with the vehicle in the future. He then explained to me the preventative measures I could take to keep my vehicle from having issues in the future. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with Marvin and Chris at this Pep Boys. They pricing was good, and the service was even better. This is the experience that all "Service Shops" should strive for.

As a new manager to this store I here you loud and clear, and have hired more staff to be able to handle all of you appointments and walk in needs. It is very difficult to find experienced good help, However I have 2 additional Auto Techs coming on board. This is a very very busy store, normally we are 2 days out for appts. I am working diligently to correct the things that have been making your visits unpleasant
