My son has a custodial account and I wish as a young man my experience with a bank was as good as his is with Fidelity. Terry, Jerry and Dawn have welcomed us as if we were billion dollar customers. They have went above and beyond in customer service and solid advise. They've earned my business without selling or pushing financial products we do not need. Now my 15 year old understands money better and has a real relationship with his banker. Our business will stay with Fidelity for our lifetime.

I was the first customer at this branch when it opened. It is no longer the closest location to me. But, the team here and at the location on Ponce at Monroe are always efficient, friendly and personable. They have contacted me when there was security concerns. They have delicious cookies!
