  I lived here years ago and only moved because of a job change. I have been relocated back to this area and came back to the complex because I love it so much. It's quiet, the staff is amazing and it's walking distance to a bunch of really nice restaurants. It's a great choice for your next home!

  I’ve lived here for around 6 months, and this has been my favorite apartment complex by far. Aariel and Mario have been nothing short of amazing. They’re always super friendly and willing to help. The maintenance team has been wonderful and quick to respond if anything is needed. Overall, the team’s willingness to work until everyone happy really shows. I love my apartment and love everyone working here.

  Listen, Aariel is the sh*t period. She will help you take care of any issue as if it were her own. I loved my apartment there at Marquis and miss it dearly. Just moved out recently but had to give my girl props for being the best leasing agent I’ve ever had. Mario is super sweet and cute too. Parking is a little tight but they are working on it so can’t be too mad about that. Great location, beautiful apartment. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is cause of parking.
