Greater Atlanta Oral Facial Surgery

I had a really good initial consultation with Dr. Shahriari. He went into extreme depth on the process of my wisdom teeth removal and explained everything really clearly. The office space is also really nice and looks clean and appealing. The staff was great at contacting me to make sure my insurance information went through and did a great job and making sure I was quoted the exact amount. The office is also very easy to reach by phone and appear to be very organized. Overall, I had a great experience here and recommend it if you are looking for dental work done in the Atlanta area.

Went in for my initial consultation. It was a long drive for me, but worth it. Everyone was very kind. They actually had me in the back BY my appointment time! Maybe even sooner! I had some issues with my referral, but they were very merciful with their solution. They made sure I completely understood the pending procedures, made time for any questions I had, and displayed almost impressive levels of empathy. The scheduling/billing department was also very thorough in reviewing the cost breakdown, and knew what time to schedule my next appointment for minimal traffic in the area. From entrance to exit everyone was on point.

Had my first procedure today. I guess they aren't letting people use the waiting room right now, so I had to wait in the atrium shopping area. Which was a bit disappointing. They didn't do that last time. Surely we're not worried about omnicorp, megatron, or whatever that harmless covid variant is? They had me in the back about 10 min late. Not bad, but a step down from last time. However, everyone was still very friendly, and professional. One of the nurses, possibly the anesthesiologist, wasn't great at getting my IV in. Hard to miss my veins, but we've all been there, no worries. It was pretty damn cold in the offices. Kinda hard to maintain the confidence necessary to flirt with all these cool, pretty gals when you ask for a blanky. On that note, it was also disappointing how little time I got to spend with the doc before I was unconscious. She's awesome, empathetic, and brings great comfort to what was a tremendously anxious situation for me. I didn't even have time to make my standard "feel free to take advantage while im under" joke. As far as this layman can tell the actual work was solid. Post op pain is pretty manageable at this point. I will update if anything goes awry during the healing process. Overall, these ladies still have my whole hearted recommendation. Especially since the billing dept managed to get more covered by insurance than we were expecting.

it was as good as it could be getting my wisdom teeth pulled at this place! nobody wants surgery and I was frigthened but my parents told me this was the best place to have this done and they were right! a few of my friends have had their wisdom teeth removed here and they had a great experience too which made me reassured aboutgoing there in the first place. the helpers were so nice and comforted me before the procedure (which I dont remember!) and I barely had any pain afterwards.It just sucked to have a liquid diet for a short while otherwise i'm so happy that it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. Dr Abteen was really nice and did a great job! I've told all my friends to go here.

This is my second oral surgery at this location. From entering the office to the operating room. The staff is warm and welcoming making you very comfortable. It is combination of professional and homely atmosphere. Also, adequate post care info was supplied. Honorable mentioning of the wheel chair ride out. Thank y'all for an awesome experience.
