  The setting is so beautiful and serene and welcoming, I had positive interaction with several staff whom I found compassionate, communicative, knowledgeable and accepting. I found the experience comfortable as staff were not overbearing and allowed for individual preferences with their expert input to guide the choices made. Our guests have told me it was one of the best such services they have ever attended and felt things went so nicely. The Celebrant we utilized as one of our choices had truly listened to us in our preliminary meeting and carried through with the plan nicely. The director was such an assistance in structuring a video with the photos and music choices we supplied. Tables and supplies were readily offered for lobby displays of photos and memories. I will add that we utilized their catering box lunch option. The food was wonderful, tasty, fresh, just the ticket in these days of covid non-shared-touch safety concerns. Our guests loved it, along with the beverage cart option. One can use any or many of the options offered, without a sense of pressure. Sure, everything costs money, and prices have and will increase, but I felt a sense of staff wanting to be as fair as possible.

  The staff are very compassionate and exprienced. The processes are streamlined and prices are realistic.The location is beautiful and well maintained. I trust my loved ones will be cared for with dignity.

  Skyline Memorial provided exceptional service to me. Lisa Diamond was very professional, was a great communicator, seemed to be truly dedicated to her position, and showed great compassion. I would strongly urge people in their time of need to choose Skyline Memorial. G. Howarth

  Highly recommend Skyline Memorial. My family has used Skyline for over 50 years. Most of my family is resting in peace in this wonderful setting. Exceptional customer service.

  Excellent customer service from beginning to end. They were always in touch with me to see what they could do to help at a difficult time. Rebecca and Carly were very understanding and did all they could during the entire process. The grounds are beautiful and very well cared for. I know my parents are at peace there.

  Nothing special here. Pretty ok place to shop at. It's in the hood and it's a dollar store so dont expect top notch customer service (Personally never had any complaints) products are good. I have nothing bad to say about this dollar General. Nobody really comes in so line is always short. 9/10
