  I was homeless , they found me affordable housing in an excellent senior citizen building.

  I am giving my Dr. 5 stars (Desouza). He's great and his nurse is too. But hope you don't have to deal with the RUDE lab/xray staff or the admin people here that treat you like you are bothering them. Also the girl that works in the coffee shop has her phone blaring loud rap music while trying to take your order, very unprofessional. The eligibility staff also acts like you are putting them out by bothering them. Like the rest of the VA - the admin staff needs to be replaced.
