All the providers are knowledgeable. I would like to highlight Sarah, she’s knowledgeable, personable, and never rushes us. I’ve gone to serval pediatric offices in metro Atlanta, and Intown by far is the best. I never feel pressured, anxious, or ignored. I’m extremely happy we found this facility, we have been going for over 2 years now.

We love it at Intown Pediatric. Being a first-time mom and dad they have made the process as smooth as possible. We receive valuable information at each visit and we always leave with activities to do with our child that are age-appropriate. I'm so glad we chose this pediatric care facility. It is top tier.

Dr. Deneta Sells and staff are absolutely amazing! They are so in-tune with our kids and their needs. For instance when running late… They never cancel your appointment, always seeking to find another appointment available!!! Also, in the waiting room the children are allowed to eat and drink. They just ask that you tidy up after yourselves. This wonderful environment has had us here for many years! We have recommended Dr. Sells to many new families and would like to give her and all the staff at Intown 5 stars!

You will not regret the choice to choose these set of doctors, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, front office staff, etc! It’s a place to call home…even during the pandemic 😷!

I can't say enough good things about Intown Pediatrics. We've gone to the Bill Kennedy Way location since my son was born 5 years ago. He's a healthy kid, but I was a nervous new mom & they were always very responsive & kind & helpful. They have systems (patient portal, nurse advice line, "Is my child sick?' link on their website) set up to get quick, accurate answers to questions, so I never went more than a few hours without getting a response, even to questions that in retrospect were pretty ridiculous. They've celebrated my child's milestones with me & are specific in their feedback to me about what I can do for him along the way. I'm so grateful for the providers at Intown & can't imagine navigating this crazy adventure without them.

We've really loved the doctors and nurses at Intown Pediatrics with the exception of only one doctor. They have been our pediatric doctors since before our children were born. Now that we have moved out of state, we will still travel just to see Dr. B for our annual visits. Our children are most comfortable with and love Dr. Bataille. Also, Dr. Sells pierced our daughter's ears and it went really well 🙂. This is such a great practice! I would wholeheartedly recommend.
