I was in need of a locksmith and fast because I’d locked my keys in my truck. I hit Siri on my iPhone and the first locksmith that came up was MJslocksmith.

I called and spoke to MJ who was very professional. He dispatched one of his workers to my location in the exact time he said they’d arrive. The young man greeted me in a professional manner. He had all the necessary tools to get into my vehicle without scratching the paint. His exact words were if you blink you’re going to miss it. I said miss what and he had my door open in a matter of seconds.

I was so happy with his service that I tipped the young man. The next day I called MJ to tell him about my experience. MJ answered the phone in a professional manner as usual. I told him my name and he remembered who I was. I said I had a complaint about the technician he sent out to unlock my truck. I asked MJ how do I go about getting my money back? MJ was really calm and asked what happened sir? I told MJ his technician walked up to my car and mumbles something like “Abra Cadabra” and my door was unlocked. I said heck I could’ve said that myself and saved me some money. MJ had to process what I said for a second there and then we both started laughing!

To make a long story short, they did a wonderful job, clean, fast and on time. I’d recommend MJslocksmith to anyone who’s looking for honesty, professionalism and great service..
