    This is by far the best and most streamlined experience I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office from scheduling, to filling out my paperwork and checking in (all electronic, thank you no more paper) - friendly, caring office staff and nurses. Dr. Shaw herself has just an amazing bedside manner and truly takes the time to listen and understand your needs and concerns and discuss options. I would recommend her office to anyone needing an ENT. Truly left me feeling cared for, which is hard to come by!

    I want to take this time out to say that Dr Elizabeth Shaw is God sent. After learning one of my vocal cords was paralyzed Dr Shaw wrote orders for me to have a CT Scan in which reveal a mass tissue under my vocal cord which later was detected as an aneurysm. Needless to say the aneurysm was removed and now I’m recovering. I also want to thank Dr Shaw staff for their support.

    Two Words: Top Notch. I have met doctors with the knowledge and no bedside manner. I have also met doctors with impeccable communication skills with no knowledge. Dr Elizabeth Shaw encompasses both! Truly in a league of her own. I've been a patient of hers for over 5 years and actually keep my current insurance plan, because of her! Just an all around good person who knows her niche is in science. I feel she has come the closest to helping me resolve my problem. I will stick with her as long as she's working. Thank you Dr. Shaw!
