(March 8, 2022, 1:58 am)My family and I had been searching for a new storage unit and saw this one online. Its discounts for new applicatnts were a great deal so we got on the waitlist. When it opened and we arrived to open an account, there was initially a misunderstanding, since the price wasn't the same as advertised, but the staff associate named Lee was very accommodating in making sure to get it priced matched to the original offer. And he was very helpful in finding us a storage unit that fit our needs, and making sure we had ample time for our move and transfer.
The facility is very clean, and the entry into it, the elevators, and our storage unit all require a digital key that's specific to the primary holder only, but allows for sharing of the digital key. Even with this easy-to-use access, you can still use your own lock. There are security cameras in the main hallways, and there's a motion sensor inside your unit for extra security.
My experience with this place, so far, is great! -

Rented at other storage facilities but this takes the cake. Rae very energetic and helpful. Couldn't be any happier here.

(February 21, 2022, 6:28 pm)My husband and I just reserved storage space at US Storage in Chino Hills. I have to say this place is so clean and organized and it is also tempered controlled. What I love even more it is so reasonable in price and we were helped by Lee who gave us a tour of what our options are. I am telling you you want to reserve your spot before storage spaces it sells out. We also feel our items are protected and secure because of security cameras everywhere. This is a luxury storage company and you’ll be happy and have a peace of mind that your items are protected with care.
