Dr Gordon and the entire staff were pleasant, personable and efficient. Having teeth extracted is already painful to think about, but I must say, nothing about my visit was. In and out I'm less than an hour but nothing was remotely rushed. Would definitely recommend every time!

From the moment you walk in, you feel soothed and welcomed. This is the most welcoming Dentist’s/Doctor’s office. And Dr. Dickey, I can’t say enough about him. He is an amazing Dentist, with an even better bedside manner. The rest of the staff are pleasant, as well. Kudos to Dr. Gordon for having a wonderful practice with a well assembled staff.

Im giving it 5 stars because of Dr Gordon. When I arrived for my appointment, I was treated so horribly because the staff was "unaware" on how to process a Care Credit payment. The office manager was downright rude and talked to me as if I didnt have my business in order. To tell me "we process care credit all day, every day" was eye opening. Then she said, "typically people who come in have their payments in order". I told her I will ignore her rude comment. I called Care Credit who then stated that the office was processing the payment incorrectly and had me to assist them. Once the mistake was realized, then she apologized stating they never had a situation where the card isnt present (new account). Now comes Dr Gordon. He performed my procedure quickly and efficiently. He made sure I was comfortable and provided me with clear post op instructions. He then took it upon himself to call and check on me. Ive NEVER had a doctor to do that. Thank you Dr

Had an awesome experience. I went in for an extraction and root tip removal. It was my first time experiencing laughing gas and I must admit I was petrified. The staff from start to finish made me feel at ease and very comfortable. The Doctor even called to check on me later in the day which made my night. Great service!!!!
