My PC's hard drive went bad. AKEEM replaced it and also upgraded my windows. Good work. Very efficient. Reasonable prices. I recommend him to friends and if i have any other problems, he will be my go to guy.

Akeem is great! Does good work and the turn around time is quick. He's worked on or upgraded at least 3 computers for me with no issues and good prices for his services.

While traveling my computer crashed. I was able to drop it off same day. Very communicative he let me know every step of the way what I was looking at. He set out to save me money by repairing my hard drive which was excellent customer service. Not often does a business owner try to save you money. That didn’t work he accepted the labtop back and replaced the hard drive and only charged me for the parts ( free labor) also unheard of. He fixed my issue with a limited amount of time . Bonus he brought some screws that were left out to me on his off day to not have me travel back out to his shop which was greatly appreciated. Overall I would recommend especially to anyone with little to no knowledge about hardware. I felt like I got my computer fixed by a family member the way he took care of me.I’ve never had anyone go so much out there way to make sure I didn’t spend unnecessary money; Price VERY reasonable it would’ve cost me 2x what I paid back home.
