I went to get a tire fixed this time, but my loyalty comes from them sending a tech to "rescue" me when my tire came off the rim from another incompetent tire shop. I will never use another tire shop again. The only reason I went to another shop was because I had to get to work and cici's was busy that day. It costed me more time and money when I could have just waited. Customer service is stellar!
