  Been a member for decades. It’s a wonderful place. Latest equipment, facilities updated recently. And the staff is caring and hardworking. Highly recommend it!

  Love working out here. The gym has ac/ heat which is great bc I have my kids with me. They have child care with a very cool room and a child care attendant is present during child care hours. There are also showers and lockers in the bathroom. The programming is fun but if I can’t make it to a class, there is open gym all day long. All the CrossFit members are very cool and are there to get better. Everyone is so helpful.

  Super nice staff, busy gym but plenty of room for crossfit. Very attentive trainers.

  Finally there is a real CrossFit gym in this part of Buckhead. There is WAY too much traffic to get to the Village and crossing 285 is a nightmare, this location is perfect. Super close to Chastain Park, Brookhaven, right at W. Wieuca Rd. and Windsor Parkway on Roswell Rd.
  
  Moe Travis is the head instructor for KU CrossFit (in case you didn't know it is inside of the new KnuckleUp location that moved from Sandy Springs) and she is awesome. Such a great teacher, friend and training partner. Her great energy and enthusiasm is only eclipsed by her incredible knowledge of technique and form. Love her.
  
  The actual gym itself is super nice, especially for a CrossFit box. There is AIR CONDITIONING, showers (nice ones!), lots of lockers and apparently a sauna is coming soon. Another great thing is that the KU CrossFit members get unlimited access to all of the KnuckleUp Kickboxing and martial arts classes, as well as full access to the weight room and cardio areas at no additional charge. It's nice to be able to do other things when you feel like it.
  
  I highly recommend that you come check this place out.
