Thank you for treating me and then going the extra step by educating me on what to expect and being protective of my HIPPA information. The wait was long, but I expected that, especially since it’s minor illnesses and everyone is sick. I’ve had worse care elsewhere so I really appreciate Ms. Maddox and her professionalism throughout the entire visit.

The nurse practitioner who was able to assist me was friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my current state of misery related to sickness. She was thorough with her physical examination and gave me several home remedy ideas to treat the symptoms of the infection in addition to an Rx to address the infection itself. I was back home with my Rx and resting on my couch by 8am that morning. I would easily recommend CHI Health Quick Care to a friend or family member.
