    I went to pick up my brake light. Read a review that said Jake is the man and he in fact is the man! Lol He helped me with a few questions I had and also helped me tighten the screws to my lift gate. Thanks Jake!

    Best employees at any parts store in Charlotte. Always super helpful and polite. Omar is the king of kings there though. It's a pleasure to do business with them all.

    Omar was awesome. As a woman, it’s not fun to get car parts or even get advice without feeling like the person assumes I don’t know what I’m talking about or like they’re overselling stuff. I called upon arrival and said I needed help outside and he got right to it!! Super nice, super friendly, etc.

    I went to Advance Auto Part 1/12/21. I needed to get a windshield wiper nozzle. I spoke w/Sherry and she was able to look under the hood and see that it wasn't connected. She was able to connect it for me and it worked. Sherry was professional, courteous, kind and took time to investigate and resolve the issue. Advance Auto Part, you have a great employee named Sherry!!!!
