Will definitely be returning for any future services. The manager along with the rest of the team were very professional and transparent and communication was great. Would highly recommended any BMW owners to come here. You won’t regret it!!

While I've never done business with this company, I felt compelled to write a review. I called them @ 4:56PM, mind you they close @ 5:00PM, Lance answered the phone and asked if he could call me back as he was assisting another customer... Of course I was NOT expecting a return call the back as the business closes in 4 minutes. Well, to my surprise @ 5:25PM, Lance returned my call and apologized for it taking him so long to get back in touch with me. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE... I explained my issue (NEEDED A KEY MADE FOR MY BMW) and while he was not able to assist as they do not offer that service, he provided me with MUCH KNOWLEDGE that saved me about $200-300... THANK YOU, LANCE!!! -

(February 14, 2020, 3:13 pm)I have just returned from taking a car here for an oil change. I have never experienced service in quite the way they offer it. As someone with an existent, but rather basic knowledge of the ins and outs of cars, I found the service provided by these people to be a complete breath of fresh air. Open, honest, talkative and very interactive - they are happy for you to sit in the workshop and watch them as they work on your car. 5 stars. Will be back soon to have some more work done.
