(November 28, 2017, 7:11 pm)Although I have an actual MetroPCS Store closeby, I prefer to utilize this authorized dealer for a variety of reasons. I'm not exactly clear why, but their fees are unexpectedly much less than the corporate store. I have been able to get my products more quickly, readily and less expensively. Because they are a small family-owned dealer, they recognize customers who come in. I know I can ask them questions and get the right answers. They are more familiar
with the products than corporate is. The corporate stores seem to have a high turnovet. There are rarely the same employees. I've used this dealer for the past couple of years and will continue to do so.
