  We have been thrilled with our experience at Tallulah Montessori.
  The Montessori philosophy is fabulous, and the way that Ms. Heather and her team execute it is truly exceptional.
  
  Our first child was loved and accepted right from the start by the Tallulah family, and she thrived both academically and socially. Her transition to first grade was seamless and we are now enjoying watching our second child mature and grow in this wonderful environment. It's so endearing how the children become like the school's extended family. Our children are very different and it says a lot when they both engaged and thrived in their own special ways and felt loved and appreciated at school.
  
  During this global pandemic of 2020, we have also seen the whole Tallulah staff rise above and beyond our expectations. They are continually finding creative ways to keep everyone connected and learning at home. The have new and interesting lessons and tips every day and they continue making it fun and accessible to these young students. They have put in so much effort to keep a routine for the class and try to make learning from home feel normal, when nothing in the world is normal right now. This is an amazing team of educators.

  In 2013, we visited Tallulah and immediately got a "this just feels right" feeling. At the time, we didn't know just how much this school would enrich our lives. My daughter became an excellent reader, but the education she received was way more that academic. She grew in so many ways including confidence, independence, responsibility, creativity, and built strong social relationships. Now, our son is there and we feel just as blessed to have found this gem. This school is family. Heather and Alex are incredibly passionate about their school and the Montessori mission. They value and respect each child for who they are and instill a message of peace and kindness in their hearts.

  Really exceptional. My daughter is thriving academically, socially, and absolutely loves going to school every day. Heather and the Tallulah staff give each child their all - they are very passionate about what they do and have created such an enriching and safe environment for both children and parents. Most importantly, they take a whole child approach and are helping guide the kids into the best little humans they can be!

  My youngest daughter has been at Tallulah since she was three. Mrs. Heather and her staff are amazing and the children are well loved. My daughter is kind, well rounded and helpful. Next year will be my daughters last year at Tallulah and I am so sad that we will no longer be apart of the Tallulah family.

  Tallulah Montessori has been a joy for our family these past two years. We wanted a school where the teachers guide learners through a true Montessori curriculum, genuinely value each child's unique gifts, and bring our entire family into the community.
  Heather, Alex, and the whole team of teachers dedicate their lives to this school and the children- our kids come home every day excited about their observations of baby birds in the backyard, the challenging number work they completed with a friend, the silly songs and sign language they learned, and much more. We have two children at the school currently, both with very different personalities. However, we know that each child is deeply loved and plays an intricate role in the classroom with the stories, pictures, and learning progress Heather, Lauren, and Katie share with us every day when we pick up our kids. We appreciate the partnership between parents and teachers, so home and school can successfully work together to support each child's blossoming interests and independence.
  The community is also wonderful. This year we have celebrated days in the park together, multiple birthday parties, a bridal shower, and service projects.
  We value all this school provides and look forward to starting our third child there next year. When considering schools for your child, definitely contact Tallulah Montessori and schedule a tour- you'll be grateful you did!
