“I was driving a 15 passenger church bus from 8 hours away when we started having problems with our battery. Our gps took us to the nearest auto parts store, which was O’Reileys. The man there helped us figure out which battery we would need but he was not able to change out the battery for us and we didn’t know how to do it ourselves. We ended up at AutoZone 15 minutes before closing. A gentleman named Barry was there and ready to help! He looked at our bus, said he’d be able to get us the right battery and change it for us. He asked if I had the vin number for the bus and I found it on the registration and told me that battery is under warranty. He then asked for the phone number of the church and when I gave it to him it brought up the previous purchase of the battery and showed that the warranty was still valid. I never would have known to even ask about that. Then Barry changed out the battery for us, even though by then it was closing time and happily sent us on our way. The customer service was above and beyond and his extra effort helped us get this issue fixed free of charge.”
