  This is my preferred eye care specialist in my neighborhood. The staff is helpful, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and attentive. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and i was comfortable with my decision on the glasses I selected. The young lady that assisted me with my selection (I believe her name is Adryanna) explained the size arm and bridge numbers to look for when selecting glasses for the perfect fit.
  
  I went to Lenscrafters in Camp Creek in the past and it appeared as if they were doing me a favor. The entire staff was rude, they never contacted me when my contacts arrived and when I finally received my contacts after 1 month and many phone calls the person handed it to me and said we ain't got no bags.

  Such a great experience! I had an eye exam scheduled for a Sunday afternoon and the place was empty. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and after filling out minimal paperwork I was taken back for my exam very quickly. All of the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back again.

  Employee Lucky was very upbeat and friendly. He helped me pick out to nice pair of eye glasses. He made me feel comfortable and at ease through out the entire process. He did an excellent job with me!!!!

  This was by far the best experience with an eye doctor for my daughter, that I have ever had. We have been to a couple of places before and they were not professional at all. From the time I walked in the door we were greeted and the staff didn’t have us waiting for long at all. From the Doctor being very carefully and making sure she checked my daughter out properly all the way to Danny when he helped us check out. They were so professional and had the best customer service. We have found our eye dr for good now, so no more searching.

  On yesterday I received superb customer service and assistance at Visionworks located at Camp Creek Market Place. Devin the Receptionist was very professional, as well as helpful and courteous. Lucky was the person that conducted my initial eye exam he was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He also provided outstanding assistance with the selection of my glasses. Dr. Valeria provided A1 superb service with the exam as well as the consultation a true asset. Kudos to the staff at Visionworks.
