Jaxen Professional Cleaning arrived promptly and made careful preparations to clean the carpets. They promised to do their best which they certainly did, working very hard. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices!! I have used Jaxen Professional Cleaning for carpet cleaning and have recommended them to my friends. Because this job was not large I worried about companies not wanting to do it as I had had this experience before. Not so with Jaxen Professional Cleaning. They phoned about half an hour before arriving and were on time. Because there were two doing the job it was done in an hour and the rest of my day was free. They have always been polite, and honest about what they can do.
