Had as good of experience at a tire shop as one should expect. My tire pressure was dwindling rapidly after having my vehicle shipped from another state. From the moment I walked in it was nothing short of a five star experience.

Upon entry, the young lady at the front desk was surprisingly pleasant, greeting me with a smile. She was very attentive and approachable. She took my keys and I waited- it took about five minutes for my car to enter the bay to receive diagnosis. As I waited, I admired the gleaming floors and clean tables. Attention to detail is apparent throughout this business.

Luis inspected my tire and informed me about a crack on the wheel and educated me on my options. He was super informative, professional, and friendly. He even FaceTimed my husband with me to go over the newly-discovered damage. Give this guy a raise!

I pulled in, the guy listened, happily and quickly filled my tires with the help of a colleague for the other 2 tires, and I was on my way. And they're still not flat. It seems to have been the cold weather phenomenon. GREAT SERVICE always at my Mukilteo Les Schwab !!

These guys continue to out perform any tire store I've ever been to. They were fast. Bent over backwards to get me on my way. Of I could give them more stars I would.

Nice experience at this location. The sales associate Maury was available if needed but was not overly so made me feel more comfortable than at other stores I visited.

The delivery did have a hiccup I got a double when I should have had a Queen. I understand mistakes happen and I thought it would be a week or so in my experience in this pandemic with other companies. But the factory called me directly and they delivered the correct mattress that same afternoon. Kudos to the OMF for taking care of this immediately.

As for the mattress its been all I could ask for and you can tell the sturdy and good construction and I also enjoy buying local and these are made in Marietta.

I highly recommend the OMF if your in the market.

I'm 80 years old. I've bought a lot of stuff over the years, but this purchase was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Everything went off without a hitch from the store to the delivery. The store salesperson was helpful and didn't try to steer us away from what we were interested in. The delivery came right on schedule, and the guys who did it were the soul of courtesy and efficiency. Even with charges for a non-local delivery and removal of our old mattresses and box springs, we ended up paying slightly less for a better product than we got elsewhere a dozen years ago. I am a satisfied, repeat customer of this manufacturer/retailer. I know others who say the same. Their quality and durability is at least as good as ANY. Their showrooms are well stocked and staffed with helpful and non-aggressive associates. You’ll encounter a wide variety of styles. Their frames and accessories are top-notch and cover many styles, too. Their prices are reasonable and dependable, as they have no sales or tricky promotional gimmicks.

There was an error in shipping and delivering my most recent purchase. But they handled it in such a professional fashion that I continue to rate them “tops.” Communication was just right, and the error was corrected first thing, as promised, next morning.

They’re the best for mattresses in my opinion. I shop no place else.
