    I worked with Chaplin's Jewelry on 2 pieces of jewelry and it was a wonderful experience. Both Parseg and Julie are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Chaplin's will be my go to jewelers from now on.

    Last week my necklace, which has a very sentimental value to me snapped. I took it in and not only did they take care of the repair quickly but the quality of the work, and the top notch costumer service made me feel at ease.

    I also need to say that the repair cost was very reasonable.

    We love Chaplin’s!! My husband and I got our wedding bands and my engagement ring from here, and Parseg truly made the experience a wonderful one. He really treats you like family. I also had a single earring from my great grandmother, and I was able to have a second earring made to wear to my wedding which came out BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Chaplin’s!

    Chaplin's is the only jewelry store that I buy my fine jewelry from! I have been a dedicated customer for over 10 years. They have even made me custom pieces along with doing repairs on old pieces of jewelry. When my son got engaged Parseg sat down and helped design the wedding set with my son and his soon to be bride. Here are two of the rings they have designed for my family. Parseg is the BEST!
