This is the best gym that I have joined of all gyms. The staff is well qualified....friendly...helpful....skilled in their field and are some of the best people I've known. Kudos to you Phit GYM!!!! We love you!!!!

This is by far the best gym on the southside; I’d argue that it’s the best gym in Atlanta. The location is convenient, it’s super clean and they are very involved within the community. I didn’t think working out could be this fun but the staff is so helpful and encouraging that they literally make every workout a good time and I actually look forward to it.

One of the best parts about this gym though is the FOOD they provide in your fitness journey. It’s no commitment, decided week by week for your own needs, home made meals. You wanna track your macros? No problem. They have carbs, protein, fiber, and calories on both small and large portions provided. Meal prepping you can pick up after your workout is an absolute game changer if your strapped for time. Worried about cost? Don’t be! You’d spend more on a fast food meal.

I've been coming here since they opened and I am proud to say that this is the best gym I've ever been too. I love coming here and working out with my personal trainer Roxy. She is great and the owners are amazing and make me feel like we are all one big happy family.
