(May 18, 2023, 8:09 pm)My first visit was out of desperation to find any relief from multiple diseases/conditions that wrack my body with never-ending pain. Both Michele and Seth are so kind, calm, and genuine. It is obvious they truly care about their clients. Michele recommended specific treatments for me, and I could not have been more shocked with how I felt as I left! It was like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders! I was standing straighter, breathing easier, walking without pain! The Sauna is no joke!!....but you can FEEL the toxins leaving your body! The Float is INCREDIBLE when you can truly relax and let your mind shut down. It is a great addition to PTSD therapy! The Cryotherapy is absolutely amazing for my Fibromyalgia inflammation! I am SO grateful to have found A Mindful Movement, and can't wait to go back!

(December 10, 2022, 9:13 pm)What a lovely place! And, even more importantly, what a great group of folks that work there! I've done some Float sessions at Mindful Movement in the past, and right now going to Infrared Sauna. Everybody is so helpful, nice, and professional. I am enjoying not only their services but the interactions with their personnel.
(November 12, 2022, 8:33 am)This was my first time doing the floatation therapy and initially I was very nervous. But I soon learned that there was nothing to be nervous about. It was very quiet and relaxing, and my body feels great! The sauna was an added bonus. 👌🏾
