Went there yesterday for “crown lengthening” that involved gum tissue and bone removal. Not a fun 3 hour procedure, obviously, but I was so impressed by everyone there…the office staff, dental assistant as well as Dr. Heinzelmann. Very friendly, and competent staff…and Dr. Heizelmann was very patient, and he thoroughly explained the procedure I was about to have. I thought he was just great! I Highly recommend Dr. Heizelmann and his office.

I was thrilled with how well my experience went today. I have been putting off going as I knew it going to be expensive. Dr Heinzelmann had fantastic bedside manner. He evaluated and explained (in amazing detail) my gum recession issues. I left knowing I was in good hands. He’s fees were reasonable and I will be a referral source for years to come.

It was a great experience starting at the front desk. Very amicable. Dr Heinzelmann was very honest and answered all my questions and concerns. He was very detailed in the information he gave me regarding my visit, and gave me a better picture of my condition and the future steps. Marina and all the staff that I met during my visit, were very patient and everybody made my experience a very pleasant one. I also appreciate the fact that they put all the cost information up front, for me to make an informed decision. No surprises. And last but not least, I loved the bird feeder that I could see trough the window from the patient chair! I will definitely be back.
