Linda and her team at Relocation Realty helped my wife and I find a place in Alpharetta when we moved to metro Atlanta and we were very happy there. The only reason we moved was because we got our own place. If we had continued renting, we would have stayed with Relocation. We had a chance to meet with Linda and her husband several times and we always enjoyed chatting with them. Whenever there was a problem - which was rare as our place was in great condition - Relocation was quick to take care of it. They also made the final checkout and walkthrough very easy. From the time we first contacted Relocation about the house we rented to the time we received the return of our security deposit, Linda was a pleasure to work with!

David Butler of Relocation Realty was absolutely indispensable in our search for a condo for my elderly mother moving from out of state. He knows the area like the back of his hand and he always responds to emails and phone calls promptly. David understood immediately what our needs were and what would work for our situation. He really went above and beyond for us. David even showed us our top choice again. He knows everyone. His advice through the closing process and his suggestions for home inspection, mortgage, etc. were invaluable. We strongly recommend working with David and would work with him again!

David Butler was essential to our search for a home in the Atlanta area, particularly as we are moving from out of state. His communication was always prompt, clear and specific. I can't say enough good things about Relocation Realty in Roswell. We previously owned a home in Alpharetta, Georgia and they sold it for us. They did an excellent job and got over our asking price. The home went under contract in 10 days. Throughout the entire process, this firm has been professional, courteous and perceptive to our needs. This is a "Top-Notch" company from start to finish. I do not hesitate to recommend them highly! Would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

I don't usually give reviews but I feel bad because one of my tenants has given Relocation Realty an unjustified bad review.

I have had multiple investment houses with Relocation Realty for 8 years. They have done a wonderful job for me. They have kept my houses in good repair and always kept my tenants in line when they have been late on rent or caused any damages. I would recommend Relocation Realty to anyone who owns property.
