  So happy I decided to start my fitness journey at SFX Fitness. After a few months with Jessica (who I highly recommend) and I’ve never felt more comfortable in my own skin. Her focus on balance, mobility, and strengthening all those muscles you tend not to think about (or didn’t realize existed in the first place) has made a profound difference both throughout my day and long runs.
  
  The gym itself is as third place as you can get: strong sense of character with a community to match.

  SFX (specifically, training with Julian) has been one of the best decisions we made for our daughter who is a high school tennis player. Our daughter has been training with Julian for the past 2 years so this is a long overdue review.
  
  She has been playing tennis for several years and our primary goal at SFX was to improve her core strength, agility & stamina. It has been such a rewarding experience since she is now among the top players at her high school and wins matches due to her superior stamina and court coverage. Julian is an excellent coach with a keen sense of observation - he knows her strengths and weaknesses and tailors the drills accordingly.
  
  This is a great investment if you have budding athletes in your family motivated to push beyond their natural limits.

  My son, a sophomore in hs, has been training with Julian for 7 months now mostly to improve his performance running track. After his first timed event he was not happy with the results and immediately asked to see Julian. His experience at SFX has changed my son’s approach as well as his drive to get better. I highly recommend this gym for all ages with an appreciation for what they do for teenage kids.

  I can’t say enough great things about this gym! Rick and his team are awesome! Everyone is so friendly. To me, going to a huge gym is very intimidating…SFX is the perfect size, very well maintained, extremely clean and very well equipped. I’ve been working out at this gym for a few years thanks to my incredibly amazing trainer, Nadine Johnson.
  Nadine has been my personal trainer for 8 years. Her infectious attitude makes exercise fun. I can honestly say that I’ve never had a repetitive work out and I work out with her three days a week. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and works hard to tailor your workouts to help meet your fitness goals!
  She is a true motivator!

  Been training at SFX gym for the past few years with Nadine Johnson, one of the best trainers in the city. SFX staff are all incredibly nice, supportive and knowledgeable. The gym is spotless and equipment well cared for. Love being a part of the SFX family!
