(January 6, 2023, 10:53 pm)Our consulate is helping hand thousands of miles away from home. Even though walk-ins are currently paused, the team here makes every effort to help fellow Indians. Response is always prompt. In my case one document attached by me was not right then the team did every possible way to help me correct it and complete the paperwork. Again many thanks to the team here at the consulate.

Requested for miscellaneous service but due to holidays and other constraints, one time it was looking , that my dad wont be able to submit required document to India administration on time. The consulate promptly understood the necessity for this requirement for my dad, to be submitted , and gave us exact document which he needed. Thanks a ton ! Much appreciated

(September 15, 2022, 3:38 pm)I visited the Consulate General of India, Atlanta office in July for getting an immediate visa due to a family emergency. My father passed away on Saturday morning(7/9) and I sent an email about my request for emergency visa. I get a response in couple of hours and the visa officer was very helpful to guide me throughout the process. I completed the paperwork on Saturday 07/09 and was able to get the visa on Sunday 07/10. I am very thankful for getting the application process completed in such a short time and giving me a visa on weekend. I really appreciate the support form the visa officer Consulate General of India.

The entire team was extremely helpful and courteous in expediting my process. I was very happy to see our consulate so organized, knowledgeable, patient and efficient in processing all my documents. Thanks you once again to the entire team for the great experience.

UPDATE:
I got my passport re-issued in 3 working days. Big Shout out to India Consulate for making my life easier at US. You guys are doing great work.
