I can't begin to tell you about the exceptional and efficient customer service I receive here consistently! Rather I'm feeling ill or coming in for scheduled tests, this team makes you feel at ease and you get seen right away. It's not often you experience such a welcoming staff from the managers to the front desk receptionist. I want to give a SPECIAL shout out to BROOKE!! She is the most gentle, kindhearted and patient individual. Definitely request her ! Definitely use this office for your medical needs.

I have been here several times for various ailments. The front desk could be a little friendlier and informative- as they don’t say everything up front (ie exact rules, waiting in car etc). The service has been thorough, efficient and the take home paperwork is helpful. Well thought out, informative and easy to read.

The staff here was great. Dr. Nguyen not only figured out my issue but she also helped me resolve another (sort of related) issue. Great place!

Super fast, super easy. Very polite. Much better than the alternative options out there. However (updated). I just arrived to Hawaii, they will not accept the PCR test we were required to have to arrive. We are being forced to leave on the next flight home, 11 hours. Nightmare!!!

The experience at the Piedmont Urgent Care by WellStreet was excellent. Greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly. She took the time to look up my Aetna Insurance number which I had forgotten at home. I was thoroughly impressed. The nurses were gracious, professional and efficient. We were in and out in 30 minutes!! Amazing!! Great, great experience!!!
