The Reserve at Ridgewood

I really appreciate the effort the new manager Ms. Gore put into improving this place. Common issues that used to be recurring are no more. From trash to pest control to leaks she has gotten it handled! She has made this experience a great on and my family and I are sooo happy!

Great place to live!!! The fact they accommodate for my dogs with two dog parks is a joy...the apartments are spacious clean and pet friendly....Maintenance manager is always available friendly and right to the point...I can say I am satisfied ?

I just wanted to say kudos to the property for finally getting some quality staff. Previous maintenance was very slow with request to have issues fixed. As of lately the office staff has been very responsive and attentive to my needs. I met the new maintenance supervisor whom came in and repaired all my issues I do believe he introduced himself as Shon. He was very kind and courteous even after hearing me rant about how long I've had issues! He reassured me that things are changing in the right direction with new property manager and staff! I am looking forward to renewing my lease as long as this stays the standard!

I’ve lived here for three years and haven’t had any issues. They were very generous, helpful, and accommodating. If I needed anything to be fix they were there in a timely need. They also made me feel like family since day one. Also Demmi “hope I spelled it right” but she’s amazing, I know she hasn’t been there long but this lady knows her business. Keep up the great work. And I’m going to miss them.

I want to thank the staff at the Reserve at Ridgewood!! I had been dealing with several on-going issues here and the new manager Juanika and her staff came in and fixed them all. Communication was easier than ever (it had always been a problem before). She was diligent in giving me updates and making sure I was aware throughout the entire process. I can imagine inheriting a property and all of its issues may not be easy but the current office staff and maintenance are the best we've had in years! Little changes throughout the community are adding up and improving our experience as residents here and I am very grateful. I'm glad I stuck it out and I can still call this place home.
