The service manager Mr B Hall was kind and courteous. He was able to do a temp repair on my door latch until the new part comes in. Why was this so very important? I am a Grandma caring two very young children back and forth to school. The lock allows me freedom to know all are being cared for; just like Mr. Hall did for this nurse of 50 years. Thank you Mr Hall.

Service resulted in quality repair of my issue. My car needed an oil change and brake service; the scheduled appointment was met and the turnaround time was quick. Jarvis was attentive and kept me up to speed regarding progress. His positive attitude and professionalism is exactly what this service center has been missing; his skillset is needed here in order to make the customer happy.

Mr. Jeremy Taylor was our Service Advisor. He always provides exceptional customer service and makes the process smooth, seamless, pleasant, and easy going. Mr. Taylor also provides regular updates while you wait and explains everything thoroughly so you know what's going on with your car and where it is in the process. Definitely 5 star ⭐ service. Thank you, Mr. Jeremy Taylor for always making the visit a great one!

I went in for a coolant leak and they found that I needed a water pump. They were professional and were a lot of help. I feel like I may have been taken advantage of because I’ve never heard of a water pump/timing belt costing $1800! But warranty paid a decent amount. I’ll be doing my maintenance in my driveway from now on. But if you aren’t a mechanically inclined person and have the extra cash, I’d give them a try.
