“Dr Samuel and the entire staff of Exquisite Smiles are always professional, polite and courteous. They will "bend over backwards" to ensure optimal dental health and their Customer Service is "top notch". A little under two months ago, I thought my appointment to install my permanent crowns was scheduled on Feb 22nd. I arrived early and called into the office to announce myself. Lo and behold, my appointment was actually not scheduled till Mar 22nd. I offered to return home and come back on my scheduled date. Somehow, Dr Samuels and her staff worked a "miracle" to allow for me to be seen that day ! A whole month early and were able to install my new front crowns. “I had a dental emergency with a temporary crown done by another dentist, and was in town for work. DentFirst was amazing, the first one to pick up the phone out of 4 calls to other providers. Jennifer was all over it and got me set up to come in same day. This wasn’t major work that I needed done and I also was not from the area but everyone in the office was there to help including checking out, Angela was equally amazing and even followed up later on the afternoon with a phone call. I’m tempted to fly back to make them my dentist! Thanks for all the help!!!”

“I was worried about going to Dr Cherry's office after my traumatic experience with previous periodontist. Everything about Dr Cherry and his office was praiseworthy. He has excellent front staff who calls for prior authorization gives clear explanation about insurance coverage. DR Cherry to pictures of every tooth in my mouth. I have never had this before. He showed me on hugh screen every tooth in my mouth and the problems related to them. I have gone again for my treatments. The dental hygienist and the nurse are extremely helpful. They showed me how to brush the teeth correctly and how to floss. I have been to several dentist in the past but no one has taken that much time and effort towards my dental health. DR Cherry should be called Dr True Gem and I am glad I found him. Someone said "Every tooth in a man’s head is more valuable than a diamond." I am very happy he treated my teeth as diamonds. “Great grill, even better customer service!! We’ve had our grill for 3 yrs, we use it all year round & several times a week. It has been awesome even with customer neglect. Until this grill we’ve always bought “disposable” (cheaper to buy new than replace or clean parts). I noticed the burners acting up & realized they needed to be replaced. Monument has an 8yr warranty on burners 😮. I simply emailed them w/ a few pictures & in 3 days I had 4 new burners. They also gave me tips on caring for my grill so part’s would stay newer longer. A++”

I encountered Jae, and another young lady that helped me get scheduled and set up. They are AMAZING! I was informed upfront after my initial evaluation the cost moving forward. I left with a detailed plan for all my dental work. The Doctors’s, and dental hygienist at this location all have great beside manners. I am guilty of neglecting my dental health, however they make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this location 10 times over. Amazing staff!”
