An error was made in scheduling our follow-up appointment by the office and the nurse at the front desk was extremely condescending and kept repeatedly trying to blame us for the scheduling error. It marred the otherwise great experience. Luckily, this was at the end of our experience, because this would have had me looking elsewhere.”

“Plus One Dental offers a quality experience. Dr. Geiger and her staff are very professional and informative. Her front office is equally professional with check in, making appointments, and with giving up-front pricing (a perk I really appreciate). Dr. Gieger's staff walked me through my whole appointment, did a preliminary exam, and shared their findings and recommendations with me. They even walked me through my x-rays! Dr. Geiger followed up with her home exam and carefully explained her concerns and recommendations as well. I felt very welcome and comfortable in her office and would be happy to recommend them. Downsides: the outside of the practice looks a little shady from the street view, but inside it has been renovated and very modern - don't let the outside appearance deter you! Secondly, the wait was a bit longer than I liked on my first visit, but to the office's credit, they were having computer issues. At my second visit, my wait was minimal.”

“Was amazing all the way, I had several appointments to finish my procedure and they where very friendly. They explained very well what I was going to get done and where able to help me out. I had a toothache and when I went in was actually 2 teeth that needed work and the process was smooth and easy. I was eating 2 hours after they had finished. I would have had to go to different doctors for all the work they did but dental experts were able to do it all in the same place with one doctor. It’s always best to do it with one doctor and I’m happy I found them. They did a rout canal and crown. Thank you Dental Experts!!!!”

“Though it's a little tucked away off the main retail area of North Highland in Inman Park, this is an excellent place. The patient waiting areas and exam rooms aren't filled with advertisements for add-on services or payment plans to be able to afford them like some dentists now do. The entire staff from the front desk to the assistants and hygienists are extremely nice and proficient. They, along with Dr. Rodriguez, made me feel that my comfort and dental health were their top priorities. It's really hard to get an appointment because Dr. Rodriguez has a high patient load (a good sign, in my opinion), but the wait and even a drive across town would be worth it.”
