“Have really enjoyed training here. This is a mixed martial arts type of training that incorporates many styles that foster good self defense techniques. This includes Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Judo and Akido (as far as I know). I’ve enjoyed my time here and the people are very friendly to train with.
