“Great grill, even better customer service!! We’ve had our grill for 3 yrs, we use it all year round & several times a week. It has been awesome even with customer neglect. Until this grill we’ve always bought “disposable” (cheaper to buy new than replace or clean parts). I noticed the burners acting up & realized they needed to be replaced. Monument has an 8yr warranty on burners 😮. I simply emailed them w/ a few pictures & in 3 days I had 4 new burners. They also gave me tips on caring for my grill so part’s would stay newer longer.
