From the security guard to the front door ladies who check your fever to intake of paper work, the nurses, oh my Lord the wonderful people at this place are straight from heaven!!! My daughter and I came and we were overwhelmed by their professionalism, compassion, and genuine love and care! We live pretty far away and when I tell you, these people went above and beyond to make us feel loved and cared for, I Have NO Words for the comfort they provided! “My Mother, Dot Rucker, lived at St. Ives Memory Care for about 18 months. She had advanced Alzheimer's, could not walk and had to be fed pureed food. From the day she moved in until she passed away, the entire staff was very helpful. The aides and nurses took wonderful, loving care of her. When her 95-year-old body began to fade, they were wonderful to our whole family. I highly recommend St. Ives.”
