“I was hesitant visiting the property based on the reviews, however when entering the office the staff was very welcoming and inviting. The property was nice and clean. I noticed the police station is less than a block away, so that added a sense of additional security for me, as I am a single woman who travels all hours. The apartment I viewed was a 1 bedroom facing the courtyard. Absolutely gorgeous! Definitely the place to be!”

“Update: I can say that I am very pleased with the compassion on my issues. Tia and Terry have been really working hard to get all of my issues resolved. Tia and Terry worked to find me another unit that was to my liking and even compensated me for my moving expense. This community is really nice and has bumps in the road just as any other complex but they are on point with making sure all issues get resolved in a timely manner. “I came in to inquire about an apartment and to my surprise, Ms.Valarie was so welcoming, funny and you could tell she cared about not only the property but the tenants! She gave me a lot of information regarding the property and explained to me what I needed to do to be able to reside there in the near future. She was awesome! It’s VERY unheard of that you find leasing agents that are willing to assist you and actually have a dialogue with feeling annoyed or not wanting to be bothered with you. The property should be GRATEFUL to have someone like her.”
