“THE best tacos that I have ever tasted!. My husband and I come here for lunch on a regular basis and it is consistently delicious. I always get the chicken tacos and he always gets the steak tacos. The meat is cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the corn tortillas are just as tasty. They do not skimp on the cilantro and lime. This place has spoiled me. I have tried at least 10 different places in the Atlanta area (not to mention all the other places I have eaten at across the US) and have not found street tacos that compare to these.”

All the employees at this location are so welcoming and took great care of me, my waitress was taking care of another guest when I was getting ready to leave and the cook took the time to walk over to my table & grabbed my check & debit card to gave it to the waitress to help the both of us. So things ran real well. But I need to go back at night during the dinner rush. Last time I was there for that time of day it was so ridiculous. I kid you not it took two hours to get our food. Employees were just messing around and not caring at all will all the people waiting outside. So I hope things are running a lot better there now.”

“Great pizza 🍕 and salads. The pies are generally thin crust, which I really like. They do a nice job crafting their pizzas. You can enjoy several fantastic house pies. The service is spot on. I have no complaints with it. Servers are quick to arrive and rather attentive. You can sit inside or out. The back deck area is great with ceiling fans and TV screens for game viewing. If you are in the Roswell area, Carlisle's is an excellent option for dates or families. My one recommendation would be to improve the list of beers 🍻. There are so many great local breweries. Arches Brewery and Reformation Brewery are two wonderful options. Please, get better beer options.”

“Never been disappointed by this location’s service nor the food. Their consistency keeps me coming back, at minimum, on an every other week basis. Any given time I go, whether on break or after work, my order is ready with minimal turnaround considering the freshness, the fixings bar is stocked and the dining area is either clean or being cleaned. It helps that an Impossible burger from here is rotund and juicy compared to the King’s. Plus, food aside, the staff have really great rapport with one another. I think it makes a difference. Peppermints included in my to-go bag is always a nice little gesture too. The only thing that would make this place better is if they offered the superior crinkle cut fry. Thank y’all”
